The service representative was excellent and kept me very updated as I waited for my service to be completed. Your waiting area is extremely nice and I was able to continue to do my work while I waited which is very valuable to me.

Excellent communication of what was needed on my car, and giving accurate time estimates for the work. Also, I loved the video review of the status of various parts of my car by my technician. Excellent idea! All work completed on time and well done. Waiting area is also a nice, clean and quiet space. Overall excellent experience.

Service department is top notch. They made sure I knew everything going on with my car. The showroom/waiting area is very nice and stocked with coffee and snacks. Will definitely keep bringing my VW back here.

Was not aware of service process on texting issues with car, so delay in getting car back. Would recommend asking customer if they ever had service with you, if not, explain process. I would have preferred a call
