Almost selected a one star. I was told needed brakes and new battery and what the total would be. I asked if either was covered by the warranty. Turns out battery was. Waited another two hours and paperwork still wasn't able to be closed but were letting me head out anyway patty later. Alsonbattery wasn't done. The "nurse" test said needed to be but "doctor"'test said didn't. So when it was mine to pay $400 needed to be but when covered by warranty not needed? This makes me very uncomfortable and question the service department. Then got invoice and it stated customer said battery dead. I did not was there for oil change and 30k service. This made the battery situation even worse and makes me question if I will be back.
