I brought my new car in because of a high pitched noise during driving at 50 miles per hour and higher. I realize they tried to fix it but they didn’t. This is the second time I brought it in. They adjusted the front passenger door the first time and put foam in the hood area the second time. Didn’t work, my key was broken and the cup holder scratched not to mention the miles they needed to put on to test drive it multiple times. I just don’t want to go through this again!

Communication and delay from the service advisor and the fact that they did not have a rental vehicle or loaner vehicle. I should say available for over 3 1/2 weeks in order to get my car fixed when I bought the warranty for 100,000 miles or five years, nothing was ever explained in regards to that limitations of being able to drive the car. The car showed up dirty cracked windshield and damaged and yet I was not informed of that when I picked it up and that I went out to look at it to realize all the things that I agreed to regarding taking care of the vehicle, the previous person or whoever did not, and I was not happy about the lack of Communications. All in all my car has been repaired. It was repaired based on the time noted, but the initial communication aspects need to be addressed because your brand has been tarnished and I’ve helped sell several VW’s on behalf of crown locally unfortunately I will not do that again based on my experience and how I’ve been treated. Also, I purchased a new truck last week as well, but did not consider crown as a result of this experience

The dealer is doing a great job! On the other hand Volkswagen has sucked with the past two years and this issue. I have captured the problem on video which the dealer submitted to Volkswagen and they are still asking to dealer to run diagnostics when the problem occurs.

Tracy really took care of me on this visit. I had recently hit a large pot hole and had a small bubble on the sidewall of a tire so I wanted an expert opinion on whether the tire needed to be replaced. It did, so Tracy ordered the replacement tire, and worked with the aftermarket warranty company to work out the payment angle. When the new tire came in, the tech at Crown damaged the wheel when doing the tire installation, so that was not ideal. The current situation is that Tracy has set up another visit with a wheel specialist to determine whether the damage can be repaired or whether the wheel needs to be replaced. So this has resulted in more visits to the dealer than I hoped for, but Tracy owned the problem and is doing her best to take care of me, which I really appreciate. So, one star deducted for the wheel damage but otherwise good.
